Process

How we set things up

Step 1

Tell us about your property

Reach out through the app or site, share the address and any floor plans, and we will confirm what the setup will involve.

Step 2

We audit the building

We review the current layout, check unoccupied units, and identify where management codes and access points are missing.

Step 3

We plan the rollout

You get a clear schedule and a fixed price before anything is changed, with every room and asset listed for sign-off.

Step 4

Setup and handover

We configure the system, label every point, and walk your team through the app so daily management runs on its own.

About

Local property software, set up properly

Citynova Property Advisory started inside a single housing block, where a landlord was juggling paper registers and a shared spreadsheet that no one trusted. We built a simple checklist for that block, then another for the next, and each one taught us what actually breaks: missing labels, duplicate entries, and handover notes that never reach the next shift.

We are not a faceless tech firm. The same people who visit your site configure your system, and they stay in the room until the first week of real use is behind you. We live in the boroughs we work in, so we know which estates have communal boilers and which roads flood in heavy rain; that knowledge goes into the setup, not just the software.

Every building gets a survey before we quote. We walk the stairwells, photograph the meter cupboards, and note the doors that stick so the access map matches reality. Only then do we put a price in writing, and the price does not move if the work matches the survey.

Our tool runs on Android, because that is the device on the porter's belt and the site manager's pocket. There is no cloud account to invent, no training day that takes the team off the floor for a week; the app is configured to the assets you already have, and the labels and codes are printed before we arrive.

The handover is the part we care about most. We do not leave you with a login and a manual; we walk the manager through every screen, back up the data on their own device, and give them a single number to call when a pipe bursts on a Saturday. That is the relationship we are building, one block at a time.

Recent setups

A block of flats with a keypad entry system

Grosvenor Estate

Access codes and asset labels for 12 blocks.

We mapped every flat door and boiler room across the estate, printed weatherproof labels, and set the app to mirror the site's numbering. The rollout took four weekends, working block by block so security was never compromised, and the handover was done in a single afternoon with the site manager.

A long corridor in a converted care home with numbered doors

Meadow View

A management plan for a converted care home.

The building had grown organically over decades, so we surveyed each floor and created a new room schedule that matched the fire plan. The app was set up with asset photos and a maintenance calendar, and the team was trained in two short sessions, with a backup of the data held on the office tablet.

A renovated mill building with exposed brick walls

Harbour Mills

Software rollout for a mixed-use conversion.

This site combined retail units, offices, and flats, so we configured separate zones with different access levels. Every unit got a QR-coded label linking to its own history, and the main water shut-off was mapped with a clear photo. The setup was completed before the first tenant moved in, and the managing agents now run the whole building from one screen.
